Andrew, if that's who you really are:

Nobody is arguing against occasional overtime. The argument is against
coerced un-compensated overtime on a regular, re-occurring basis.

That is, if every week you are required or coerced to work 80 (or 70 or
60 or 50) hours instead of 40 and get paid only for 40, this is abusive.
