I'd agree. I'm not sure why a CEO is writing about a CEO's viewpoint on
hours worked, but I suppose that it's useful information for employees to
know exactly what at least one CEO thinks about this. Of course a CEO is
going to feel differently about hours worked from the way
employees/independent contractors feel: many CEOs see it as their job to get
as much work as possible out of their employees for the least pay, and it's
interesting to have one saying that up front. (I assume that Andrew Plato,
if it is he, did make clear in the unquoted portions of his posts that he's
writing from the POV of a CEO rather than of a technical writer, since
otherwise it would be he who could be said to be deliberately misleading and
deliberately argumentative.)
