a. Lots of motorheads are nuts about BMW/Volks/Mercedes Benz
b. Lots of BMW/Volks/Mercedes Benz motorheads have trained in certification
programs in Germany and speak decent Deutsch
c. Lots of BMW/Volks/Mercedes Benz motorheads in the US are transplanted
Germans
d. Lots of motorheads live in Detroit - maybe some Germans over at Daimler
Chrysler are looking for a new gig
e. Most educated Germans I've met (which are many) have excellent English
skills - English and German share a common branch on the language family
tree
f. In my town of 7500 I can think of three certified mechanics, fluent in
German and English, who could fill this position if you add writing skills
(which for all I know they already possess).
I don't think they'll have any trouble filling the position.
