Another method is the following:
1) Display the custom toolbar.
2) Right-click the custom toolbar, and choose Customize from the
context-sensitive menu.
3) Right click-the button whose tooltip you want to change
4) In the context-sensitive menu, there's a field for "Name." In that field,
enter the tooltip you want to appear. If desired, use an ampersand ("&")
just before the letter that you want to make the hotkey for the button.
5) Click somewhere to close the menu.
6) Click [Close] on the Customize dialog box.
