One method of sending the page, with images, as a single file:

1. Open the file in IE (I think you need version 5.0 or later).
2. From the File menu, select Save As...
3. In the Save As type list, select "Web Archive, single file (*.mht)"
4. Click Save.
5. Attach the resulting .mht file to the email.

Since this is a Microsoft format, I'm guessing your recipients would need IE
(version 5 or later) to open the file. Once they open it, it should look just
like the original web page.
