Hi Beena,

You may face following problem when working with pasted screen shots in
a word file

When your word file contents 100-200 pages with many number of pasted
screen shots and you are working with a single file ( no master doc),you
save a document while working and when you reopen the same file all or
some pictures is not displayed. The word gives error like "Out of
Memory.." when trying to display the picture. An box is displayed
instead. Such problems are observed

1.If you PC resources goes low
2.Your hard disk is very fregmented
3.Word automatically recover a document for some reasons like system
hangup ( in this case you can save recovered document with another name)

The only way you can do in such case is to repaste all the
picture/screen shot". But if you are working with linked picture there
is no problem.

This is the problem which you will face only when working with a large
word document.
