Sorry for the cryptic message. I really appreciate the effort that you have
spent in compiling this questionnaire. Here are my answers:

1. Which version of FM?
FM 6.0

2. Which OS?
Win 2K

3. How did you try to convert the book?
File > Save As

4. Did you ever manage to properly convert it before? If so, what has
changed?
Yes, it was working fine yesterday. No changes that I can see.

5. Do you have the chance to try the conversion on another computer? If
so, does it work?
Yes, It worked once on my colleagues computer. Now even she is unable to
convert the files. :(

6. Can you convert individual chapter files?
Yes

7. Did you generate/update the book before the conversion? Were there
any errors? If so, which?
Yes, unresolved cross references. But I was able to convert the same book to
HTML yesterday.
