With apologies to CSN&Y:

Almost dyed my hair
Job hunting just the other day
It's gettin kinda gray
Can't pretend it's not in my way
But I didn't and I wonder why
I feel like letting my AARP flag fly
Cause I feel like I owe it to someone

My strategy for growing old in a young-person's industry is to make sure I'm not still "just" a TW when I leave my current employer. I'm a year away from finishing my MBA. And, yes, I'll probably dye my hair <smile>.
