I'd say that your summary contains some of the elements of an objective statement.

Key phrases: "a talent for problem solving"; "[ability to] perform in-depth project and process management" and "capable of leading a project team."

These are the sorts of phrases to get you past the resume sifter, who may not have the expert knowledge to understand the value of the technical skills you mention.
