Brigitte,

I believe you have too many "to's" in your
formulation. If you have the "from...to" form but
there are three parts to your list, it should be
"from...through...to" as in:

"Our team's expertise ranges from production and
assembly through food processing to distribution and
transportation."

No commas, because they would seem to interrupt the
series in this case. The "from," the "through," and
the "to" all function in much the same way that commas
would seem to separate the elements of your series.

That said, it's a VERY long sentence with the "ands"
stuck in. I'd MUCH rather suggest a simple bulleted
list:

"Our team's expertise includes:

* Production and assembly
* Food processing
* Distribution and transportation"

Alternatively, production, assembly, distribution, and
transportation could all be separate bullets.
