Frame Document Reports question

Help,

I seem to recall working somewhere once where we had 
document reports or some similar feature that allowed 
me to list such things as:

 - all cross references in the chapter file
 - all conditional text settings
 - all variables and their values
 - (the one I'm after right now) the file name and 
   full path of every graphic imported by reference

However, I cannot recall how I obtained those reports, 
and I can't find them now. 

How can I list all this information?
