Hello,

I am a grad student at SUNY Institute of Technology in Utica, NY and I am working on a thesis project for my major: Information Design and Technology. My bachelor's degree is in Technical Communication.

My project is "Defining the ideal Web-based resource for Technical Communicators." I am using qualitative research, focusing on interviews with different types of technical communicators. I would be very grateful for any input on what features/components/design you feel would go into such a resource, or perhaps examples of existing Web-based resources that you feel are most ideal. Please be aware that I may include responses (credited to the list-serve unless other permission granted) in my research.

Also, I am conducting some of my interviews online with Instant Messenger. If you are interested in participating in approx. a 1/2 hour online interview, please email me.

Many thanks,
Blake Pitcher
