Lost Word File

I accidentally (read as ignorantly) just saved a file over a pre-existing
one. Any chance I can get the old file back. I haven't rebooted yet, is
there a .tmp file hanging around out there.

I will probably just sit here and stare at my screen for a little while,
awaiting your responses and figuring out how many of hours of rework I have
to do because I'm stupid.
