"Dan, are you ready to go to lunch?" Tim asked, peeking around the
cubicle.
"Almost - I'll be right there!" the technical writer answered, not turning
around.
Dan's co-worker peered at Dan's screen. "What are you doing?"
"Oh," Dan said, "We're almost done with a project! We had some tough
times of it, but we're nearing the home stretch. We're going to be really
relieved."
"Who's 'we'? I thought you worked alone. Who are you working with -
Tracy? Bob?" his co-worker asked.
Dan cleared his throat. "Actually, the 'we' refers to me and SnagIt - the
powerful and flexible screen capture software. I do all my projects with
SnagIt's help, so saying 'we' just comes naturally."
Dan continued, "I use SnagIt for all of my screen captures for my
documents. Since I can get just the part of the screen I want, I don't
have to take the time to edit out all the other material I don't want.
And, I can send it wherever I want - I can save it as a file, put it in
the SnagIt Catalog folder, send it to the Clipboard - I can even send it
to multiple outputs simultaneously!"
Dan seemed lost in thought. "We make such a great team," he said dreamily.
"Wow," his co-worker joked. "with all of SnagIt's capabilities, I think
it would be chosen as the team's captain over you!"
"True enough," Dan said as he picked up his jacket to leave. "But to lose
to such a deserving recipient would be an honor." He winked at SnagIt as
he left the cube, and Tim couldn't help but glance at the screen to see if
the SnagIt icon winked back.
