Hi All,

I am guessing this question had been addressed before,
just did not find it in the archives. When the
interviewer asks the candidate about his/her
weaknesses, what kind of responses does one reply
without the risk of sounding negative and not be
considered for the position.

If we try to make a positive look as a negative, would
that serve any purpose? Is there some approach to this
question and what are the options?

Thanks in advance,
Diya.
