A colleague told me about a screen capture program she used a couple of
years ago. With this software she was not only able to make the screen
capture, she was able to quickly drag over the portion of the screen she
wanted to emphasize to create what looked like a magnifying glass view of
that portion. The rest of the screen capture appeared grayed out, while
the magnified section was clear and a little enlarged. See
http://oncongress.cq.com/flatfiles/editorialFiles/permanentItems/highlights/announcement072602.html
for an example.

Unfortunately, she doesn't remember the name of the program. Does anyone
know the name of this software? I realize that the effect can be
duplicated in Photoshop, but was hoping for something a little easier.
Thanks!
