The next line in the support script should then be "Would you
like me to fax that to you, or shall I walk you through the
procedure?" Then the fun starts when the customer admits that
they don't have access to a fax and they're talking on the
phone line they have to use for the computer. heh.

Also, one is fortunate if they don't happen to
be calling support on a cell phone with just a few minutes
left on the battery....
