I also agree that plaintiff tort lawyers are unfairly
vilified. The idea that food, cars, household
products, and site premises can and should be
relatively safe is a revolutionary one. This is not to
say there has never been a successful frivolous
lawsuit, but there have been many more meritorious
ones that have never been filed.
