Hmmm... One single, all-purpose warning... I can think of several
approaches. (Today is Friday, isn't it?)

For the legally opportunistic user: WARNING. Injury resulting from
misuse of this product is not subject to tort-claim compensation. (This
one probably ought to have a cite, like "Per article 147.2, sub-part b.")

For the commonsensically challenged: WARNING. You'll get hurt if
you misuse this product. If you can't figure out how to use it properly,
don't use it.

But the one I like best is to have a blank white page with, printed in its
center in large, red letters, the single word

WARNING

Zen. Let them figure it out. ;-)
