I would appreciate it, Jan (and others), if you would respectfully stop injecting
my name into arguments as a straw man. I never did it to you, and therefore I
don't see why I can get the same respect.

As for a universal style guide, might I suggest you look into open-source as a
model as a way to draft such a standard.
