Thank you for all the tips! I've tried the Compare Documents feature in
Word XP but it just hangs my computer. The WinMerge and ExamDiff programs
doesn't do the right thing either as I don't want to compare the documents
to each other, just find sentences that are the same. My best option to find
sentences from Document1 scattered around in Document2 seems to be to write
a Word Macro like David suggests.

Or use Word's macro language. Whatever language you use, you'll need to do
something like this:

1. go to the start of the first doc
2. while there are sentences in the first doc
a. select the next sentence
b. search the second doc for that sentence
c. if it's found, write it out to a third doc

Shouldn't be hard, once you get both documents into a format that the chosen
language can work with.
