Just out of curiosity, I tried what Geoff said but still got the errors for
all the page numbers in Print Preview. His solution was for displaying, I
thought, so I'm confused, but I'm glad you got the problem solved. Sorry I
didn't test my hypothesis further before sending it.
I suppose I didn't understand the problem you had...but now I wonder if it's
possible to paste a TOC into another document without getting the error.
