When Mike posted his question, it wasn't completely clear if the problem was
with the page layout, or his printer. If it's the printer as everyone is
suggesting, then Mike would be wise to take his project to a local
'photocopy' store that can print from Word, and let them print it off. Might
be less frustrating to do it that way.

Also, in the event that no one on this list is able to help out, try the
news group: comp.os.ms-word.apps.word.proc
