Enterprise Integration Application (EIA). If they DON'T use it, the company
shuts down in a matter of minutes

But to agree with you, my last gig was with a company that developed
applications for their Siebel CRM application and it WAS a struggle to get
the sales force worldwide (the user base) to embrace some of the programs.
