[I posted this a couple of weeks ago and got some replies. I am posting again in hopes of getting some more. I apologize if this is spamming...]

A recent conversation I had with a colleague on the perennial problem of customer contact prompts me to survey the list about it. If you will reply offline, I will compile the results and report back. (I also think I see a column in this 8^) Thanks!
