Something sure sounds fishy. For that price, it just might be possible to
produce a concordance, but certainly not any kind of decent index, unless
it's a _really_ short file. As for turning it into a Web site, you can do
that yourself simply by selecting "save as HTML" in any version of Word
post-Word 97. I'd look very closely at the details of their service before
assuming they're legit.
