I would expect some standard employment questions like:

- If you have ever had a disagreement with a boss, how did you handle it?

- What are some important qualities you look for in a boss/employer?

- What would your ideal work environment be like?

- Are you familiar with using ______ technology?

- Have you ever written ____ kind of manual?

I would do the following to prepare for those questions:

1. Figure out EXACTLY what the company does. Know their products in detail.
Surf their web site and read everything. Pay attention to news releases,
investor documents, and product guides. If possible, read their existing
documents.

2. Who is their competition? What are the big issues right now in their market
space.

3. What technologies do they use? If their products all run on AIX are you
ready to answer AIX questions? If not, better brush up on your AIX.

4. When asked "do you have experience with ________ technology" be prepared to
give examples of what you did and what you learned.

5. Have 4 or 5 questions to ask them.

Good luck.
