Hi, awhile back someone asked "what goes in a Run Book" and her question
apparently was never answered (I can't find it in the archives anyway).

Now that time has passed a bit--does anyone have any useful outline info
to share?

In particular, I am trying to figure out the different between what we
call an "Operations Guide" and a Run Book. And seeing how I can make
better documentation for our Ops and Noc group.

Thanks!
