Subject:RE: using a slogan on a resume From:Tom Murrell <trmurrell -at- yahoo -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Fri, 17 Jan 2003 05:48:14 -0800 (PST)
I just went back and checked my resume. (It's kinda nice that I haven't really
messed with it in five years <g>) I never thought of what I put at the top as a
slogan, but on rereading it I realize that it could be. I wrote it as a quick
statement of what I was looking for, my objective if you will. It is:
"Writing, Training, and Editing for Technical and Consumer Users"
That, or some variation on that, got me two jobs in the '90s, fwiw. Your mileage may
vary, of course.
