No, Andrew, I am not kidding. The country is under-litigated. The assumptions you make about the McD suit seem symptomatic of the phobia to court action that makes working people fearful of the courts. Otherwise, I agree with you, and I think you agree with me that litigation is sometimes necessary and should not be feared. I think the lawyers communicated clearly to Kevin.
