Depending on your needs, you might consider Interwise. It is very
different from the products you listed (Authorware at any rate), but we
have had very good success in using it for distance learning here.
Features include:
-Live and recorded training
-Low learning curve (It uses PowerPoint slides)
-Application sharing
-Application recording(Think Camtasia)
-Virtual white board
A basic course covering *simple* content runs about 150 hours labor per 1
hour of training. Based on experience and books, I would guesstimate
250-300 hours per hour of training would not be out of line or unusual.
