One thing you might do is find out what the top help-desk calls are and, if
those items are addressed in the docs, point out where. Sometimes people
just don't know where to find what they are looking for. Or, if they are not
covered, tell them how those issues will be addressed in an upcoming release
of the docs (nothing impresses a customer more than actually listening to
them).

Then make it more interactive and find out what they do with your product,
what they wished the docs covered but don't, and what the docs cover well.

And give out pens with the company logo. Everyone likes pens.
