How about this keyboard?

It may be hard to get today. It projects a full QWERTY keyboard onto the
surface in front of you. From what I hear it provides a click sound when you
touch a letter or number. Presumably you could adust the volume because it
is generated electronically not mechanically.

It is supposed to work for PDAs, Cell phones, and PCs.
