Colleagues,

From time to time, I entertain a fantasy of moving to New York City to ply my tech writing trade. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the job market is like in the NYC/Newark area for senior-level tech writers with a computer software background. I am assuming things are tough, as elsewhere, but who knows. Can anyone comment?
