I'm looking for links to tutorials, white papers, Web sites or industry
expert commentaries on digital image technologies. I am not looking for
comparisons between digital cameras, but the present and future for the
digital image formats.

I have a laypersons understanding of raster vs. vector, compression
technologies, what formats are better for print and which are better for
the Web, and such forth. However, I need to become an expert quickly.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you,
Pete
