I like to think of a listserv as a mastermind group -- somewhere we can go
to get some perspective, clarity, and new ideas.
My suggestion would be to go where the high end photographers go on the Net.
Include search words such as Hasselblad and Leica. :-)
What magazines cater to folks in the digital imaging world? Their ads and
editorial material can usually give you pointers to better resources.
Also, call up your local community college digital media department
(photography, graphic design) and see if one of the professors who teaches
digital imaging would give you a quick brain dump or point you toward some
good resources. Often a college textbook will have that kind of up-to-date
encyclopedic look along with some good trendspotting.
