I'm trying to research the 'standard' ratios between developers and
technical authors. Does anyone have any figures they can provide please?

I'm the only tech writer in my biotech lab. We have 10 developers, and a cast of 70 others (scientists, managers, directors, staff, etc.). When I was just writing for the developers, it wasn't too bad. Now that I am moving into software quality assurance (we have no testers here), it's getting a little hairy...
