Do normal conditions include the possibility that one
member of the company might purposely or inadvertently
share the password with another member of the company
who is restricted? That would be my main concern.
My second concern would be that a person with no
access might use the workstation of a person with
access - and somehow find the password there (perhaps
the person with access has saved it in a passwords
file on his machine). (I guess this is a variant of
the first concern.)
The third concern, and somewhat less significant, is
that someone would use a cracking program on the
e-book. Presumably the file itself might be vulnerable
to being copied, and then a group of hackers could get
to work on it offsite.
Do these possibilities count as normal or abnormal
conditions?
