I can't help wondering what happened:
- Maybe both of the tech writers with DotHLP experience turned
down the job?
- Maybe somebody with DotHLP experience took the job last
January and couldn't deliver, because the recruiter forgot to
require any OTHER skills?
I wonder how many perfectly over-qualified TWs have been
rejected for this job in the last 6 weeks because they didn't
have DotHLP experience.
