David...those "millions" of people have requirements within certain
parameters. 800 page documents with 200 graphic inserts is not within those
parameters.

Notepad -> Word -> Frame

If all you do is create ASCII readme files, Word is a sledgehammer and not
needed. The trick is to know what size hammer you need. I create
documentation that is too complex for Word. For what I do, Word isn't "bad"
and it's not "good". It's simply not "right".
