Just something I need to share....
A few years ago, just around the time I was starting my current job, I was
approached by someone about a job at a dotcom. I was going to be in charge
of all of their writing needs, with a hefty salary and all that. I decided
not to accept the job, which was a good thing, because it wasn't long before
I got a very nice raise and all the responsibility I wanted at my current
job.
Anyway, out of curiousity, I looked up the dotcom's website today. They are
actually still in business. I clicked the Support link, and found the
following paragraph:
"Online help is a nice feature, but honestly not many people use it. Should
you have any questions or problems regarding [Company Name] or would like to
help with our web site, please email us at Support@ XXXXXXX.com. We will
respond to your message as quickly as possible. Also, please provide us with
a phone number where we can reach you during business hours."
Whaddya think of this one? :|
