I think the market has spoken - it's (b). Sometimes the
invisible hand is guided by an invisible brain.

For myself, I prefer (a).

Speaking of fast learning (only one minute!), the DotHLP job,
posted intermittently since 1/28, was reposted on 3/24. I guess
they like option (b) too.
