Tara, I'm a little confused - is it a list you're looking for? If so,
you've found it, right here. Tech writers from all over the world
contribute to this list. If it's an association you're looking for,
there's several of those, as well. The STC (www.stc.org) has chapters
located all over, as does IEEE's Communications society
(http://www.comsoc.org/socstr/org/chapters/index.html). I'm not sure if
there's an "International Technical Writers Association," per se, but I'm
sure these organizations (and others like them, I'm certain) have what
you're looking for.
