Thanks for those who gave suggestions/encouragement on this.

The doc I created last night is mostly marcomm ("what this can do for
you/why you want to use it"), but with tips for consulting the online Help
for task-specific instructions. The client is pleased with the overall tone
of the material. We're refining it today, deliverable due tomorrow.

And I didn't even have to stay up all night to produce it. :)
