Actually, I have a quick question for you Index-jockeys out there. When
building your index (or concordance, really, since I am not an Index
artiste) do you include glossary entries?
Yes, because readers should need to look in only one place. I usually give glossary entries a from like "widgets, definition" to make the context clear; you could also write something like "widgets (glossary entry)".
