I'm getting slightly more calls from agencies (Sonoma County/San Francisco area
here) since the middle of March. Not a lot, and certainly nothing like the
late '90s, but a definite increase. All want experience in certain
technologies FIRST,such as .NET, Java, wireless, etc., and tool knowledge
second--something that's been discussed here before (and probably will be
again).
