No, Geoff. You and I and several other techwrlers can easily produce professional text with either ragged-right or fully justified type. It is not necessarily the case that anyone can easily produce it ;-)

BTW, I responded to Robert privately with specific suggestions for resolving his dilemma in Word, rather than pollute the list with yet another of my diatribes, er, explications on the subject.
