Right. I'm SURE we have all participated in those post-mortem
discussions where all the 'professionals' who worked on the project sit
around saying

- It was my fault...

- No, it was my fault...

- Really, I insist -- it was my fault.

- I INSIST on taking responsibility for this failed project!

- Well, the buck stops with me.

- NO! It stops with ME!!
