Try this...

To convert to hard-coded numbers
1. Copy the table
2. Open a new word doc, and select Paste Special from the Edit
menu. In the Paste Special dialog box, select the Unformatted Text
option
and click OK.
You will see that the contents of the table are pasted as a text block
with
the columns separated by tabs.

To convert the text block to table
3. Select the text block.
4. On the Table menu, point to Convert, and then click the Text to table
option.
5. In the Convet Text to Table dialog box, specify the number of columns
and
ensure that under "Separate text at", the Tabs option is selected.
Click
OK.
