Absolutely, but he didn't mention exactly what duties he had that might be keeping him from doing the indexing.

If the help's finished, and he's just got too many other things to do--release notes, PDFs, whatever--then a professional indexer won't be preventing him from working on them by taking the help files away for a few days.
